Terms of Service

Last updated: May 4, 2026

By using Diggidig, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or making a payment.

1. About Diggidig

Diggidig is a vinyl discovery tool operated by Esch Music, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. The service allows users to browse, discover, and track vinyl releases via the Discogs API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Diggidig and create a paid account. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@diggidig.app.

4. Subscription and payments

Diggidig offers a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription of €4,99 per month (including VAT where applicable).

4b. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), digital content and services delivered immediately and not on a tangible medium are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent.

By starting your subscription you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has started. Without this consent, the service cannot be provided immediately.

If you have not yet used the service after subscribing, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting info@diggidig.app.

5. Invite codes

Invite codes grant free access to Diggidig. Each code is single-use and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke invite-code access if we suspect abuse.

6. Acceptable use

9. Availability

We aim to keep Diggidig available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

Diggidig is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esch Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
